His mother instilled pretty strict rules in him about how to keep a place tidy, and even when she wasn't around and he wasn't living with her, he can hear her nagging in the depths of his memories and so meals got cooked and dishes washed. Which was good because it looks like V is more interested in drinking through his shit than eating right.

Done with the dishes for the night, Jackie tried to have a shower to wind down, but as usual--it wasn't happening. He has too much on his mind for sleep to come easily anymore. So when he sees that V's also awake, he takes a seat on the floor beside his friend and reaches for that bottle.
